Job Purpose:
Seeking an HR professional to drive employee engagement and operational efficiency through strategic HR solutions in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide managers on disciplinary procedures and HR policy implementation
- Manage employee relations and internal labor matters
- Oversee recruitment processes including job postings and interviews
- Handle employment terminations and exit procedures
- Maintain accurate HR data systems and records
- Coordinate workforce planning and health-related accommodations
- Foster strong relationships with staff, management, and union representatives
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in HR Management or Industrial Psychology (NQF 5)
- 2+ years HR experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Working knowledge of SA labor legislation (LRA, BCEA, EE Act)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience advantageous
- Proven skills in talent management and HR administration
