Job Purpose:

Seeking an HR professional to drive employee engagement and operational efficiency through strategic HR solutions in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide managers on disciplinary procedures and HR policy implementation
  • Manage employee relations and internal labor matters
  • Oversee recruitment processes including job postings and interviews
  • Handle employment terminations and exit procedures
  • Maintain accurate HR data systems and records
  • Coordinate workforce planning and health-related accommodations
  • Foster strong relationships with staff, management, and union representatives

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in HR Management or Industrial Psychology (NQF 5)
  • 2+ years HR experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
  • Working knowledge of SA labor legislation (LRA, BCEA, EE Act)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience advantageous
  • Proven skills in talent management and HR administration
