Position Details

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead workforce management team operations
  • Design and optimize staff schedules across multiple projects
  • Monitor real-time adherence to schedules and service levels
  • Coordinate with external partners on service level agreements
  • Manage schedule change requests and system updates
  • Produce daily performance reports for leadership
  • Implement contingency plans for system disruptions
  • Facilitate communication between operations and WFM teams

Candidate Profile

  • 7+ years WFM experience in international BPO environment
  • Proven team leadership capabilities
  • Expertise with workforce management systems (Aspect/IEX)
  • Advanced analytical skills with Excel proficiency
  • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Adaptability in fast-paced, multicultural environments
  • Background in quantitative fields preferred (Statistics, Mathematics, CS)
  • Fluency in English required
