Key Responsibilities

  • Support CEO in overseeing operations across multiple hotel properties
  • Monitor service quality in guest services, housekeeping, and F&B operations
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations
  • Manage operational budgets and cost control measures
  • Lead staff training and development initiatives
  • Conduct regular property inspections
  • Handle operational challenges and emergency situations

Candidate Requirements

  • 5+ years hotel operations experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility to work weekends/holidays (5.5-day work week)
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Passion for guest service excellence
