Role Purpose:
Support the implementation of strategic initiatives and guarantee/policy management processes.
Requirements:
- Post-matric qualification
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- FAIS Representative certification
- 3 years’ experience in administrative/portfolio support roles
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare draft guarantee/policy documents and endorsements
- Coordinate document processing and record maintenance (CIMS system)
- Manage client/broker communications and meeting schedules
- Process monthly financial statements and invoices
- Handle policy renewals and compliance updates
- Resolve initial client account queries
