Assistant Portfolio Manager

Role Purpose:

Support the implementation of strategic initiatives and guarantee/policy management processes.

Requirements:

  • Post-matric qualification
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • FAIS Representative certification
  • 3 years’ experience in administrative/portfolio support roles

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare draft guarantee/policy documents and endorsements
  • Coordinate document processing and record maintenance (CIMS system)
  • Manage client/broker communications and meeting schedules
  • Process monthly financial statements and invoices
  • Handle policy renewals and compliance updates
  • Resolve initial client account queries
