Position Overview

Job Type: Full Time
Location: East London, Eastern Cape
Experience: 1+ year supervisory experience
Education: Matric (Grade 12) required; tertiary qualification preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Support restaurant operations to exceed CHAMPS standards (Cleanliness, Hospitality, Accuracy, Maintenance, Product, Speed)
  • Manage shifts according to company policies and procedures
  • Supervise staff performance and task allocation
  • Assist with labor scheduling and cost control using Macromatix tools
  • Maintain safety protocols for staff, customers, and company assets
  • Report operational issues to Restaurant General Manager (RGM)
  • Help implement staff training programs

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months supervisory experience in QSR industry
  • Proficiency in English, basic math, and computer skills
  • Grade 12 certificate (NQF Level 4)
  • Passion for food quality and customer service excellence
  • Availability for shift work including weekends
