Position Overview
We seek a dynamic retail leader to drive store performance at our Econofoods outlet. The successful candidate will excel in sales growth, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency while maintaining top-tier store standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales through exceptional customer service
- Maintain stock accuracy and attractive merchandising
- Lead and develop store teams (25+ staff)
- Manage daily operations including cash handling
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations
- Analyze sales data for improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Matric certificate (Higher education advantageous)
- 3-5 years FMCG retail management experience
- Proven sales target achievement record
- Valid driver’s license (own vehicle preferred)
