Position Details

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Rustenburg, North West

Experience Required: 2 years

Education: Matric (Maths & English 50%) + Retail/Business Management qualification

Preferred: Degree in Retail/Business Management

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth through promotions and customer service excellence
  • Manage store operations including stock control, expenses, and administration
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
  • Support staff management and shift scheduling
  • Implement customer loyalty programs and service initiatives
  • Handle HR administration including attendance records

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 certificate with 50% in Maths and English
  • Relevant retail management qualification

Experience:

  • 2 years retail management experience (FMCG environment)
  • Financial management skills including P&L understanding
  • Experience with labor scheduling and staff supervision
