Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee daily store operations and staff management
• Maintain optimal stock levels through regular audits and counts
• Manage stockroom organization and merchandise replenishment

Sales Performance

• Analyze sales reports to identify growth opportunities
• Drive credit, insurance, and mobile product sales
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends

Customer Experience

• Maintain high visual merchandising standards
• Implement customer service initiatives
• Address customer feedback and resolve queries

Team Leadership

• Conduct staff training and performance reviews
• Manage recruitment and succession planning
• Promote company values and culture

Requirements

• Proven retail management experience
• Strong understanding of retail financials
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of cellular products and services
