Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Oversee daily store operations and staff performance
• Manage stock control processes including inventory counts and loss prevention
• Maintain optimal stock levels and warehouse organization

Sales & Profit Optimization

• Analyze sales reports to identify growth opportunities
• Drive performance in cellular products, insurance sales, and credit services
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends

Compliance & Customer Service

• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards
• Resolve customer queries and maintain service excellence

Team Leadership

• Conduct staff training and performance evaluations
• Support succession planning and talent development
• Manage team scheduling and daily task allocation

Candidate Requirements

• Proven retail management experience (3+ years)
• Strong understanding of retail financials and KPIs
• Proficiency in MS Office and retail systems
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of cellular products and financial services
