• Drive cellular product sales and insurance conversions

Store Operations

• Maintain visual merchandising and customer service standards
• Handle promotional executions and pricing strategies

Team Leadership

• Manage staff performance and development
• Conduct training sessions and succession planning
• Support recruitment and team scheduling
