Position Summary:

Support store operations leadership in driving retail excellence at our Midrand cellular outlet. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining operational standards, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management

• Oversee stock processes including receiving, merchandising, and inventory control
• Maintain stockroom organization and implement loss prevention measures
• Conduct regular compliance audits and safety checks

Sales & Profit Optimization

• Analyze sales reports to develop performance improvement strategies
• Monitor product performance and competitor landscape
• Drive sales of financial services products (credit, insurance, mobile plans)

Team Leadership

• Lead retail teams to achieve key performance indicators
• Identify training needs and implement development programs
• Manage recruitment and performance evaluation processes

Position Requirements:

• Grade 12/NQF Level 4 certification
• 3+ years retail experience (management experience preferred)
• Proven track record in sales management and customer service
• Working knowledge of retail operations and financial products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
