Position Summary:

Support store management in driving operational excellence, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

Core Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

• Oversee stock receiving, merchandising, and inventory control
• Maintain optimal stock levels and storage standards
• Authorize inventory adjustments and manage loss prevention

Sales Leadership:

• Analyze sales performance data and implement improvement strategies
• Monitor product trends and provide market feedback
• Develop initiatives to increase revenue and brand visibility

Team Development:

• Lead and mentor store associates
• Conduct performance reviews and training sessions
• Support recruitment and talent development processes

Customer Experience:

• Maintain high service standards and resolve customer inquiries
• Implement customer satisfaction initiatives

Requirements:

• Matric certificate (Grade 12)
• Proven retail supervisory experience
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Excellent communication abilities
• Comprehensive retail industry knowledge
