Assistant Store Manager Position: Power Fashion Empangeni

• Assume store leadership in manager’s absence
• Maintain operational standards for merchandising and store presentation
• Implement shrinkage control and security protocols
• Oversee cash management and banking procedures
• Develop staff through coaching and performance management
• Drive sales initiatives and monitor targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
