- Deputize for Store Manager during absences
- Maintain retail standards: visual merchandising, stock control, and store security
- Implement loss prevention strategies
- Supervise cash handling procedures and daily banking
- Lead sales team and drive performance targets
- Oversee staff training and development
Candidate Requirements
- Matric certificate (Mathematics preferred)
- Proven team leadership experience
- Retail operations background (fashion retail advantage)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Effective decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
