Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily store operations and staff performance
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
  • Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and company policies

Stock Control

  • Manage stock receiving, auditing, and merchandising processes
  • Conduct regular stock takes and inventory management
  • Optimize stock levels and space utilization

Customer Service

  • Maintain excellent service standards and resolve customer queries
  • Monitor sales floor operations to ensure optimal customer experience

Team Leadership

  • Manage staff scheduling and payroll administration
  • Implement training programs and performance management
  • Foster a positive work environment aligned with company values

Requirements

  • Matric/Grade 12 certificate
  • 1-3 years retail management experience
  • Proficiency in retail systems and MS Office
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work retail hours including weekends
