Core Responsibilities

  • Manage IT service delivery for large client accounts (800+ seats)
  • Conduct service reviews and maintain SLA compliance
  • Drive service improvement initiatives and cost optimization
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and audit requirements
  • Coordinate between client teams and internal technical staff
  • Maintain incident documentation for operational continuity

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering/Technology or related field
  • ITIL/ITSM certification required (PMP preferred)
  • Proven experience managing complex IT infrastructures
  • Strong client relationship management skills
