Core Responsibilities
- Manage IT service delivery for large client accounts (800+ seats)
- Conduct service reviews and maintain SLA compliance
- Drive service improvement initiatives and cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and audit requirements
- Coordinate between client teams and internal technical staff
- Maintain incident documentation for operational continuity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Engineering/Technology or related field
- ITIL/ITSM certification required (PMP preferred)
- Proven experience managing complex IT infrastructures
- Strong client relationship management skills
