Position Details

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology/Science, Cellar Technology/Winemaking OR Engineering Diploma
• Experience Needed: Minimum 3 years in wine production/winemaking
• Location: Paarl, Western Cape
• Department: Manufacturing Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Support cellar operations and production processes
• Manage inventory control and monthly stocktakes
• Lead wine blending, processing, and QC assurance
• Maintain quality systems and safety standards
• Supervise production teams and workflow
• Coordinate improvement initiatives and projects
• Handle SAP system administration

Candidate Requirements

• Proven winemaking/cellar management experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Flexibility for weekend/overtime work
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Quality-focused with attention to detail
• SAP knowledge (advantageous)
