Position Details:

- Education: National Certificate/Higher National Certificate
- Experience: 2+ years
- Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
- Department: Customer Service & IT Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for IT systems and equipment
- Configure hardware/software and conduct maintenance
- Manage multifunctional devices and network infrastructure
- Maintain asset records and conduct audits
- Resolve AV system issues and user requests
- Collaborate on IT operations reporting
Requirements:
- National Diploma in IT or related field
- Microsoft 365/AWS certification (advantageous)
- 2 years’ system support experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of OHS compliance
