Position Details

• Employment Type: Full Time
• Minimum Education: National Certificate in IT or related field
• Experience Required: 2 years system support experience
• Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
• Department: IT & Customer Service

Key Responsibilities

IT Service Delivery:

• Resolve technical incidents and service requests
• Configure user devices and equipment
• Implement preventative maintenance strategies

Technical Support:

• Maintain hardware/software systems
• Troubleshoot desktop and network issues
• Manage multi-function devices and scanners

Operational Management:

• Conduct IT asset audits and verification
• Provide audiovisual support for meetings
• Contribute to operational reporting

Required Qualifications

• National Diploma in Information Technology
• Microsoft 365 Certification (advantageous)
• AWS Cloud Practitioner (advantageous)
