Requirements

  • 3-year degree or Bachelor’s in Auditing/Internal Audit
  • 2-5 years audit experience
  • Professional registration with recognized audit body
  • Valid driver’s license (must obtain within 12 months if not current)
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with audit software (BarnOwl) is advantageous
  • Progress toward CIA certification or similar qualification preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits per legislative requirements and IIA standards
  • Assess governance frameworks and control systems
  • Identify risk areas and fraud indicators
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports with recommendations
  • Collaborate with senior auditors on engagement planning
