Key Responsibilities:

🌊 Customer Interaction & Sales Support
✔ Provide expert assistance to customers regarding marine products and services.
✔ Address inquiries and help guide customers in choosing the right products to suit their needs.
✔ Deliver exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

🚤 Product Knowledge Development
✔ Learn about various marine products, their features, and how they meet customer needs.
✔ Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings.

📈 Sales and Marketing Assistance
✔ Support the sales team in marketing initiatives and sales campaigns to attract more customers.
✔ Assist in creating advertisements and promotional material for products.

🏬 Showroom Maintenance & Presentation
✔ Ensure the showroom is organized, visually appealing, and fully stocked with marine products.
✔ Help with the setup of promotional displays and product presentations to enhance sales potential.

🔑 Lead Generation & Follow-up
✔ Identify and track potential sales leads.
✔ Follow up on customer inquiries, ensuring they receive all needed information for purchase decisions.
✔ Help maintain a customer database for future marketing and outreach campaigns.

📝 Administrative & Sales Reporting Tasks
✔ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and sales reports.
✔ Assist with the administrative side of sales, including order processing and tracking shipments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Education: Grade 12 or equivalent
✔ Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Office, Basic Computer Skills
✔ Technical Skills:

• Experience with Windows operating systems
• Familiarity with Office 365
  ✔ Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Good documentation and organizational skills
