We are currently looking for 4x Sales Agents (Field) to join our vibrant team in Pretoria, Gauteng. Do you have what it takes to be our next Purple Star?

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Sales Agent (Field), you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our mobile customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets while representing the Hollywoodbets brand in a professional and positive manner. You’ll need to understand customer needs, handle various personalities, and promote our services effectively.

Your key tasks will include:

• Customer Service: Assisting customers with account openings and addressing all betting-related inquiries.
• Sales and Activations: Driving sales and activations by demonstrating mobile products and services, influencing potential customers to purchase or use them.
• Mobile Marketing: Running mobile marketing campaigns aimed at increasing sales and signing up new online accounts.
• Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of your sales activities and reporting daily progress to management.
• Promotions and Displays: Setting up displays at outlets, events, and promotions to attract attention and drive engagement with new and existing customers.
• FICA Assistance: Helping customers submit the correct FICA documents when opening new accounts.
• Mobile Application Support: Ensuring new customers are guided on using the sign-up bonus and how to place bets via the mobile app.
• Equipment Management: Ensuring proper safekeeping and maintenance of mobile equipment.
• Ongoing Training: Completing weekly training sessions to stay updated on mobile betting products and services.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, promotions, or a similar role would be beneficial.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Mobile Betting Knowledge: A solid understanding of mobile and internet betting, betting procedures, and TUV (top-up voucher) distribution.
• Drive for Results: A results-driven attitude and a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Systems Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales systems and processes.
• Listening Skills: The ability to listen actively and respond effectively to customer needs.
