About CSOS:

Established in 2011 under the Community Scheme Ombud Service Act, CSOS ensures fair governance in community housing schemes. Operational since October 2016, we promote ethical conduct and effective management within residential communities.

Position Details:

  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Education: Matric + Diploma/Degree in Commerce, Logistics, Procurement, or Business Administration
  • Experience: 2+ years in Procurement/Supply Chain
  • Location: Centurion, Gauteng

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide procurement support across departments
  • Analyze spending patterns to guide sourcing decisions
  • Research suppliers and market trends
  • Maintain vendor relationships and ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • Matric certificate (essential)
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Experience with public sector procurement laws preferred:
    • PFMA Regulations
    • PPPFA Guidelines
    • B-BBEE Compliance
