Essential Requirements

Education & Technical Skills:

  • Experience with PLM systems (Airtable knowledge preferred)

  • 2+ years administrative experience in retail buying
  • Strong numerical accuracy for report preparation
  • Effective communication across organizational levels
  • Time management and organizational excellence
  • Detail-oriented with commitment to precision

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement administration and order tracking
  • Support Buying team with operational tasks
  • Maintain accurate purchase order records
  • Coordinate sample management and product documentation
  • Ensure system data integrity and timely updates
