Essential Requirements
Education & Technical Skills:
- Matric Certificate (Mandatory)
- Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office
- Experience with PLM systems (Airtable knowledge preferred)
Professional Competencies:
- 2+ years administrative experience in retail buying
- Strong numerical accuracy for report preparation
- Effective communication across organizational levels
- Time management and organizational excellence
- Detail-oriented with commitment to precision
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement administration and order tracking
- Support Buying team with operational tasks
- Maintain accurate purchase order records
- Coordinate sample management and product documentation
- Ensure system data integrity and timely updates
