Position Details
Job Type: Full Time
Qualification: Matric (Tertiary qualification advantageous)
Experience: 1-2 years in similar role
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
Department: Procurement/Supply Chain
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to buyers across all product categories
- Manage sample room operations including requests, preparation, and organization
- Track approvals and preproduction sample submissions
- Maintain PLM system with updated product information and imagery
- Coordinate product code administration and purchase order processing
- Facilitate sample sales preparation and setup
- Assist with marketing and visual merchandising briefs
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal meetings
Requirements
- Matric certificate (essential)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- 1-2 years experience in administrative or buying support role
- Knowledge of retail product lifecycle management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
