Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management

• Supervise and guide a team to ensure top-quality service and operational efficiency.
• Train, motivate, and support staff to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Enforce high-performance standards while fostering teamwork and accountability.

Operational Oversight

• Manage the daily workflow and efficiency of the car wash facility.
• Ensure all vehicles are cleaned to the highest standard.
• Monitor and maintain equipment and supplies for uninterrupted operations.
• Implement safety and hygiene protocols in line with industry standards.

Sales & Customer Relations

• Drive sales and revenue growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven managerial experience in the car wash industry.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• A trustworthy, customer-focused approach with a passion for service excellence.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage daily operations effectively.
• Thorough understanding of car wash procedures and best practices.
• Willingness to work weekends.
• South African citizenship required.
