  • Experience: 10+ years post-apprenticeship (5+ years with multi-color web-fed machines)
  • Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
  • Supervisory: 3+ years team leadership experience

Key Requirements

  • Completed apprenticeship in Lithography Machine Minding
  • Komori press experience (advantageous)
  • Proficiency in SHEQ management standards
  • Shift work readiness
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage automated multi-color lithography press operations
  • Lead security product printing team
  • Optimize equipment efficiency and meet production targets
  • Implement quality control protocols
  • Coordinate staff training programs
  • Maintain OHSA compliance and safety standards
  • Produce daily production reports
