Experience: Minimum 6 years
Required Qualifications
- B-Tech/NQF Level 7 qualification in Built Environment field OR
- National Diploma/NQF Level 6 with additional certification
- SACPCMP professional registration (Mandatory)
- Valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple construction projects including major capital developments
- Lead project teams and mentor junior staff
- Coordinate design processes and contractor selection
- Manage project budgets up to R50 million
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and quality standards
- Handle contract administration and payment approvals
- Maintain accurate project documentation
Skills Profile
- Proven experience in government projects
- Strong technical and contract management abilities
- Effective communication across professional teams
- Problem-solving in complex construction environments
