Required Qualifications

  • B-Tech/NQF Level 7 qualification in Built Environment field OR
  • National Diploma/NQF Level 6 with additional certification
  • SACPCMP professional registration (Mandatory)
  • Valid driver’s license

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple construction projects including major capital developments
  • Lead project teams and mentor junior staff
  • Coordinate design processes and contractor selection
  • Manage project budgets up to R50 million
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and quality standards
  • Handle contract administration and payment approvals
  • Maintain accurate project documentation
