- SAQA-recognized qualification in relevant field
- Proven leadership experience in HR management, organizational effectiveness, communications, or legal services
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead HR operations across all provincial COID offices
- Drive organizational development initiatives
- Develop and implement strategic communication plans
- Oversee legal service delivery
- Manage departmental resources including budgets, staff, and assets
