Remuneration: R1,494,900 annual package (structured per Senior Management Service guidelines)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) in Social Sciences/Statistics or related field
- 5+ years senior management experience in research/M&E systems
- Certificate in Monitoring & Evaluation (advantageous)

Technical Knowledge:
- Government M&E frameworks & statistical quality standards
- Public Finance Management Act compliance
- Strategic planning & policy formulation
Leadership Skills:
- Advanced analytical & problem-solving capabilities
- Strategic program management & stakeholder engagement
- Performance monitoring & reporting systems development
Key Responsibilities
- Lead departmental M&E strategy implementation
- Develop performance monitoring systems aligned with national frameworks
- Conduct impact assessments & program evaluations
- Manage cross-functional reporting and compliance processes
- Oversee team leadership and operational budgeting
