Position Overview

Experience: 5+ years senior management
Field: Construction Management, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering

Requirements

  • Grade 12/National Senior Certificate
  • Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) in Urban Planning, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification (NQF 8) preferred
  • Proven experience in infrastructure project planning and implementation

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead professional teams in built environment projects
  • Develop and evaluate upgrading plans for informal settlements
  • Support provincial/municipal implementation of housing upgrades
  • Monitor progress and prepare performance reports
  • Manage resource allocation and team operations
