Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Agricultural Engineering
Experience: 6+ years post-qualification
Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
Registration: ECSA Professional Engineer (Required)
License: Valid driver’s license (Required)
Key Requirements
- 6+ years experience in water engineering/IWRM/IEM
- Proven track record in water project planning/implementation
- Strong multidisciplinary collaboration skills
- Excellent communication (written & verbal)
- Policy development & strategic planning expertise
Core Responsibilities
- Optimize water resource planning across designated regions
- Develop water management strategies and solutions
- Evaluate technical options with environmental/social impact assessments
- Lead interdepartmental coordination and stakeholder engagement
- Mentor junior engineers and manage team resources
