Position Overview

Job Title: Chief Investments Officer (CIO)
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Pretoria, Gauteng

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic investment plans for SME growth
• Oversee lending policies and credit guarantee schemes
• Manage regional operations and business development strategies
• Lead risk management frameworks and fund optimization
• Build partnerships with government and financial institutions
• Manage division resources and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Education:
Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 8) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field

Preferred Qualification:
Postgraduate Degree (NQF 9) in relevant discipline

Experience:
10+ years in financial services/development finance
5+ years senior management experience
