Programme Overview:

CIDB’s Internship Programme is specifically designed to equip Public Administration and Business Administration graduates with hands-on experience. This will help bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world practice. Interns will gain exposure to the operational side of the public sector, including working on team projects, assisting in administration tasks, and honing skills to manage work under pressure.

Key Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications: NQF 6 qualification in Public Administration or Business Administration.
  • Skills Required: Computer literacy, strong team orientation, willingness to travel, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Eligibility Criteria:
    • Applicants must be South African Citizens or Permanent Residents with a valid South African Identity Document.
    • Non-South African applicants are not eligible to apply.
    • Candidates who have previously participated in an internship or graduate programme are not eligible.

Duration of the Programme:

  • The Internship Programme runs for a period of 24 months, with successful applicants required to sign a contract for the full duration.
