Location: Mpumalanga – Medium Office, Mkobola
Requirements:
- A qualification in public management, administration, business management, operations management, or a related field at NQF Level 6 (SAQA-recognized).
- Prior cadetship or internship within the Department of Home Affairs will be advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of civic services regulations, public service frameworks, and fraud prevention.
- Understanding of Batho Pele principles.
- Willingness to work extended hours when required.

Responsibilities:
- Process civic service applications for births, marriages, deaths, citizenship, passports, and travel documents.
- Ensure the security and accuracy of enabling documents.
- Provide administrative support in the office.
- Handle public inquiries and conduct online verifications.
- Support the department’s digital transformation initiatives.
- Implement governance procedures and compliance processes.
- Maintain efficient resource management within the office.
- Deliver prompt and professional customer service.
