Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile driver delivery documentation and agent-generated records
- Verify and process invoices accurately
- Track and resolve reconciliation discrepancies
- Maintain accurate digital records in Clover ERM system
- Generate timely reports on operational variances
Candidate Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12 certification essential
- Proven administrative experience (2-3 years minimum)
- Advanced computer literacy
- Fluency in business English
- Flexibility to work shifts/weekends/public holidays
