Position Summary

Core Responsibilities

  • Process and record new manual applications
  • Manage payment documentation from attorney reports
  • Prepare legal documents for distribution including certificates and resolved cases
  • Address public inquiries at service counters
  • Maintain organized filing systems for official documents
  • Coordinate meetings between stakeholders and municipal officials

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Matric certificate with Mathematics and/or Accounting
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • 3 months administrative experience (or equivalent training)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Financial certification or related coursework
  • 6+ months experience in municipal operations
