Position Summary

Core Responsibilities
- Process and record new manual applications
- Manage payment documentation from attorney reports
- Prepare legal documents for distribution including certificates and resolved cases
- Address public inquiries at service counters
- Maintain organized filing systems for official documents
- Coordinate meetings between stakeholders and municipal officials
Mandatory Qualifications
- Matric certificate with Mathematics and/or Accounting
- Basic computer proficiency
- 3 months administrative experience (or equivalent training)
Preferred Qualifications
- Financial certification or related coursework
- 6+ months experience in municipal operations
