Position Details
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Required Qualification: National Certificate/Diploma (NQF 6) in HR Management or related field
- Experience Required: 3-4 years in HR Information Systems
- Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal
- Department: Human Resources
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance understanding of HR systems and procedures across departments
- Analyze and improve operational processes and compliance
- Support HR teams with system queries and investigations
- Generate reports and maintain accurate system records
- Coordinate between technical teams and end-users
Requirements
Essential:
- Valid driver’s license
- Proven HR systems experience (3+ years)
- Proficiency in standard office software
Preferred:
- 4+ years HR systems experience
- Municipal service environment exposure
