Requirements

Essential Criteria:

  • South African citizen aged 18-25 (including those turning 25 in 2026)
  • Matric certificate with:
    – English (mandatory)
    – Mathematics/Accounting (mandatory)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • No current learnership commitments or prior participation in similar programs

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client service processes and resolve inquiries efficiently
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Meet service level agreements and deadlines
