Job Summary

Clover is seeking friendly, energetic, and customer‑focused Café Assistants to join our team. The role is ideal for individuals who enjoy a fast‑paced environment, work well in a team, and are passionate about delivering a positive customer experience. Assistants support daily café operations, help prepare food, and keep pause areas clean and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and maintain high hygiene standards for both personal and work areas.
• Deliver food and beverages to meeting rooms and office areas promptly.
• Keep pause areas tidy and well‑stocked.
• Replenish stock as needed and manage cashier duties accurately.
• Process orders and items correctly, ensuring quality, health, and safety compliance.
• Follow health, food, and safety rules at all times.
• Adhere to the cleaning schedule and report any injuries or faulty equipment immediately.
• Assist with deliveries of bread, fruit, and vegetables – verify stock against invoices, practice FIFO (First In, First Out).
• Support inventory control and maintain accurate records for functions, including cutlery, crockery, and food & beverage deliveries.
• Ensure all function food is garnished, presented well, and cleaned up after use.
