Job Purpose

The role involves securely transporting seafood products, adhering to food safety and quality standards, and ensuring timely deliveries while following given instructions.

Minimum Requirements

• Metric qualification or equivalent
• Valid Code 14 Driver’s license without endorsements
• Preference for experience with cold store trucks
• 3-5 years of experience driving a truck according to Code 14 requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections for safety and compliance
• Drive safely, following road regulations
• Secure goods during transit
• Follow delivery routes and schedules
• Accurate completion of delivery notes and invoices
• Adhere to customer and supplier delivery protocols
• Maintain Food Safety and Quality procedures
• Assist with manual loading and offloading when needed
• Report delays or inability to meet delivery targets promptly
