- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Higher National Certificate in Built Environment

Requirements
- National Higher Diploma + 4.5 years experience OR
- B-Tech Degree + 4 years managerial experience OR
- Honours Degree + 3 years experience
- SACPCMP Professional Construction Manager registration
- Valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to completion
- Control project budgets, timelines and quality standards
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary construction teams
- Ensure compliance with government procurement policies
- Conduct project meetings and maintain documentation
- Oversee construction/maintenance of government facilities
