  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Higher National Certificate in Built Environment

Requirements

  • National Higher Diploma + 4.5 years experience OR
  • B-Tech Degree + 4 years managerial experience OR
  • Honours Degree + 3 years experience
  • SACPCMP Professional Construction Manager registration
  • Valid driver’s license

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to completion
  • Control project budgets, timelines and quality standards
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary construction teams
  • Ensure compliance with government procurement policies
  • Conduct project meetings and maintain documentation
  • Oversee construction/maintenance of government facilities
