Position Purpose

Deliver strategic HR solutions aligned with business objectives, providing expert advisory services across talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.

Core Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma in HR Management or Industrial Psychology (NQF 7)
  • 5-7 years HR Business Partner experience (2-3 years technical specialization)
  • Alternative: Matric Certificate with 10+ years HRBP experience

Preferred Experience

Background in tax administration, financial services, or debt collection environments advantageous

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement HR strategies supporting business unit objectives
  • Analyze engagement surveys and recommend improvement actions
  • Guide leadership on performance management and employee development
  • Manage workforce planning and talent pipeline initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR policies
  • Lead organizational change management processes
  • Collaborate on HR projects and process improvements
