Position Purpose
Deliver strategic HR solutions aligned with business objectives, providing expert advisory services across talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
Core Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma in HR Management or Industrial Psychology (NQF 7)
- 5-7 years HR Business Partner experience (2-3 years technical specialization)
- Alternative: Matric Certificate with 10+ years HRBP experience
Preferred Experience
Background in tax administration, financial services, or debt collection environments advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Implement HR strategies supporting business unit objectives
- Analyze engagement surveys and recommend improvement actions
- Guide leadership on performance management and employee development
- Manage workforce planning and talent pipeline initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR policies
- Lead organizational change management processes
- Collaborate on HR projects and process improvements
