Position Details

• Employment Type: 3-Year Fixed Term Contract
• Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma in Health Sciences (HPCSA/SANCA registration required)
• Experience Needed: 3+ years in medical management environment
• Location: Centurion, Gauteng

Core Responsibilities

Medical Oversight

• Conduct injury assessments and prepare detailed medical reports
• Review treatment plans and medical bills for compliance with RAF guidelines
• Authorize claims according to approved treatment protocols and tariffs

Process Management

• Implement quality assurance measures for medical claims processing
• Maintain documentation for exception cases and unusual occurrences
• Monitor operational targets and risk factors

Stakeholder Coordination

• Manage provider and claimant communications
• Resolve queries within agreed timelines
• Prepare operational reports and presentations
