Quality Control:
- Maintain high standards for legal processes
- Implement incident reporting procedures
Administration:
- Maintain digital records of offers
- Prepare documents and correspondence
- Provide general administrative support
Reporting:
- Track performance metrics
- Identify and report potential risks
- Provide improvement initiative updates
Stakeholder Relations:
- Maintain professional relationships
- Respond to inquiries promptly
- Provide regular status updates
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- 3 years’ insurance industry experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in legal documentation
