Exception Resolution:

  • Evaluate rejected offers and propose adjustments
  • Manage claim suspensions during disputes

Quality Control:

  • Maintain high standards for legal processes
  • Implement incident reporting procedures

Administration:

  • Maintain digital records of offers
  • Prepare documents and correspondence
  • Provide general administrative support

Reporting:

  • Track performance metrics
  • Identify and report potential risks
  • Provide improvement initiative updates

Stakeholder Relations:

  • Maintain professional relationships
  • Respond to inquiries promptly
  • Provide regular status updates

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • 3 years’ insurance industry experience
