  • Implement incident reporting procedures

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage correspondence and documentation
  • Prepare reports and technical briefs

Reporting & Communication:

  • Monitor performance metrics
  • Provide stakeholder updates within set timelines

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • 3 years’ experience in insurance claims
  • Knowledge of claims assessment regulations
