Position Summary:
Seeking a skilled professional to provide high-level administrative support with dual focus on contracts administration and executive assistance for senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete contract lifecycle administration
- Provide executive support to Head of Legal & Ethics and Chief Medical Officer
- Coordinate executive schedules, travel arrangements, and meetings
- Serve as Dispute Committee Secretary
- Maintain document control systems and records management
- Support stakeholder relationship management
Essential Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12 certificate
- 5+ years senior administrative experience
- 5+ years supporting C-suite executives
- Legal secretary/paralegal experience
- Contract administration expertise
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project management exposure
Key Competencies:
- Advanced organizational skills

- Risk management understanding
- Technical proficiency in office systems
