Minimum Requirements for the Credit Facilitator Position
- Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in credit control.

- Proven expertise in field collections, handling Acknowledgment of Debt (AOD), and updating credit systems.
- Education: Diploma in Credit Management, Accounting, or a related financial field.
- Knowledge: A solid understanding of the National Credit Act (NCA).
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in multiple African languages is essential to this role.
- Technical Skills: Competency in MS Excel and credit management software.
