Key Responsibilities
Business Strategy Development
- Implement growth strategies across sales channels
- Collaborate with marketing and insights teams on customer engagement
Product Innovation
- Coordinate nationwide product launches
- Integrate digital commerce strategies
Performance Management
- Monitor sales targets and budget allocation
- Oversee pricing strategies and promotional campaigns
Market Execution
- Ensure effective rollout of commercial plans
- Develop channel-specific execution standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Experience with Nielsen/PowerBI/Dunnhumby platforms preferred
- Strong analytical capabilities and cross-functional teamwork
- Understanding of retail customer dynamics
