Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing/Business/Finance preferred)

Experience Needed: 2+ years in FMCG Marketing/Sales

Locations: Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal

Key Responsibilities

Business Strategy Development

  • Implement growth strategies across sales channels
  • Collaborate with marketing and insights teams on customer engagement

Product Innovation

  • Coordinate nationwide product launches
  • Integrate digital commerce strategies

Performance Management

  • Monitor sales targets and budget allocation
  • Oversee pricing strategies and promotional campaigns

Market Execution

  • Ensure effective rollout of commercial plans
  • Develop channel-specific execution standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
  • Experience with Nielsen/PowerBI/Dunnhumby platforms preferred
  • Strong analytical capabilities and cross-functional teamwork
  • Understanding of retail customer dynamics
