Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in transporting goods safely and efficiently. The goal is to deliver products on time while maintaining excellent customer service and adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-inspection checks to ensure vehicle roadworthiness and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Deliver goods accurately and on time, maintaining proper delivery documentation.
• Communicate effectively with customers and warehouse personnel, addressing any concerns professionally.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, equipped with necessary tools and documents.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure safety.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to support operational goals.
• Accurately record daily activities, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery receipts.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3-5 years driving experience, preferably in the FMCG Retail industry.
• Valid Code 14 (EC) driver’s license with a Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
